How do I delete my account and my data?

Email wisr@kerenlabs.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We remove your profile, avatar, scores and analytics events within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Deleting the app on its own does not delete your account, because your scores are kept on our servers so they survive a new phone.

I cannot sign in.

WISR only signs you in with Apple or Google, so there is no password to reset. Check you are signed in to the right Apple ID or Google account on the device, and that you have a network connection. If it still fails, email us and say which of the two you were using.

Is WISR free? Are there adverts?

It is free, and it stays free. There are no adverts, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no timers between rounds. Nothing in the app will ever ask you for payment details.

How does the double-points night work?

One category pays double each day. It is picked by the calendar rather than by us, so it is the same for everyone in your timezone, and it is fixed the moment you open a round. That means a round played across midnight still pays what it promised when you started.

My score or my rank looks wrong.

Points scale with difficulty, add five per second left on the clock, and are multiplied by two at a five answer streak or four at ten, so the same question can be worth very different amounts. Ranks update as soon as a round is banked. If a score still looks wrong, email us with roughly when you played and we will look.

I found a question with the wrong answer.

Please tell us. Email the question and what you think the right answer should be, and we will check it and correct the question bank.

How do I turn off the sound or the daily reminder?

Both are in Settings, reached from the gear on the home screen. Sound and music have their own switches, and the daily reminder can be turned off there too.
